We are Charleston’s first art hotel and we love partnering with both local galleries and artists, as well as artists from all over the country, to foster contemporary art within the city. Our whole collection of work is a little over 200 pieces by a variety of about 70 artists scattered all throughout every nook and cranny of the hotel.

Our red and white lobby at 19 Vendue features artwork from all over the world in bright colors and amazing techniques, while our 26 Vendue building features a more subdued color palette, and classically inspired works. Within the 26 Vendue building we have a dedicated gallery space where our imagination is able to run wild with exhibits featuring local artists, themed shows, or the work from our partnering galleries. Currently in the Gallery 26 space we are featuring our Artist in Residence, Fred Jamar.
