Currently on an Artist Residency in Ireland, I have been making small dioramas using my own photographs and tiny anonymous human figures. Experimenting with blur and composition of the tiny figures in the landscape. Moving around the disparate elements that have never existed together to convey meaning. This time away has allowed me to really experiment and use the camera in less conventional ways. This image exquisitely captures, in my imagination, the moment loneliness transcends into solitude
