Geologic Mutation Study No. 04: Genesis, 2026 cyanotype and screen print (from a hand-printed black and white photographic collage), with acrylic paint mixed with ash collected from the Redhead Road bushfire, gold spray paint, and charcoal on watercolour paper 64 x 51 cmMy practice moves between photography, material processes, and object-making. I draw on Australian native plants and ideas of mutation and time, with nature understood as both blueprint and builder. Using analogue photography, alternative darkroom processes, painting, silkscreen printing, and ceramics, I rework images across mediums, shifting them from photograph to surface to object. The work grows through repetition, experimentation, and accumulation over extended timelines.
