My practice is grounded in studio experimentation, adopting the potentialities of paint to create visual dialogues where action, experience, perception, memory and art history are interwoven. In this work, painterly gestures are simultaneously in a dynamic state of assemblage and dissolution, oscillating between abstraction and figuration; marks give way to flickers of representation, before dissolving back into abstract potentiality.
