At the heart of my practice are my interests in minimalist structures, the pictorial power of illusion, and the pursuit of a shared narrative. I combine these elements to reveal narratives within structures and find vitality in simplicity. Using charcoal, I recreate light and shadow, evoking calmness. Sunlight streams through the window, symbolising hope and new beginnings, simultaneously, providing a space for personal reflection and emotional connection to the inherent beauty of everyday moments.
