This work is inspired by my memory of the Buddhist paper prayer ritual and my experience from bible study, meditation and prayer practice after migrating to Australia. The process of creating this work became meditative, cathartic and connected me spiritually and emotionally with my culture and country.

This work attests to my search for hope, love and peace. To express these feelings, I have written the book of Psalms 150 in Korean text onto Korean Hanji paper in the Buddhist prayer tradition.
